GALA PERFORMANCE- LATIN EXTRAVAGANZA SHOW

This is the first time we are organizing a special evening where our students can show off their skills they have learned with us. Also they will be performing along side DanceMyWay Dancers. We also teamed up with OndaAmor Dance Company who will present their unique and NEW style of couple dance- ZuRumba. There will be an after show party, dance, DJ, bar- a cocktail of Latin music till midnight.

When: 9 October 2010, Saturday

LATIN JAZZ and SAMBA WORKSHOP for Africa

DanceMyWay runs workshops every 3 month in Pineapple dance Studios. On the 30 May 2010 we donated 100% of our profit from the workshop to Whisper-Worlds Orphanage Fund. We raised £1120 in total. All the funds will go to help save lives of many African orphans in Uganda. It will pay for their medical fees, education, accommodation and hopefully more. Special thank you to all our students who attended the workshop and also Pineapple Dance Studios who supported this workshop with giving us the studio free of charge.

T5 Charity Ball 2008

After 3 years of regular performances on T5 Charity Balls, DanceMyWay has become the resident dance group performing at T5 Events. Each time we create new choreographies adapting to their themed events. This year the theme was Le Blanc & Le Noir. We choreographed and performed "Vogue from Madonna", "Cell Block Tango from Chicago" and a "Michael Jackson Medley".

Our repertoire has grown again. 10 of our dancers (Marta, Kelly, Edie, Filip, Gaby, Jo, Michelle, Marketa, Nataly and Sarah) looked amazing and did a remarkable job as usual. Choreographed by Monika Molnar (Vouge and Michael Jackson), Marta Brodzinska (Cell Block Tango) and Sara May Chong (Smooth Criminal). The show was a great success again.

Kutch Madhapar Karyalaya - Indian UK Festival, London

DanceMyWay performed as special guests on this community event. We have performed 1 hour long show on stage. The show consisted of 15 dancers and 7 different numbers, included Antonio with his pandeiro juggling, our capoeira guys, afro-fusion show, Latin Extravaganza, Jive, Funky Belly dance fusion and a Bollywood number.

Land Rover 60' Anniversary Party

DanceMyWay was contracted to create a stage performance for this event of two 30 minutes of Latin/Brazilian dance show.

Heathrow T5 Charity Ball 2007

DanceMyWay dance group performed on Heathrow T5 Charity Ball and created a themed choreography especially for this event. We had 10 dancers (Asia, Baris, Daniela, Edie, Francis, Kelly, Mariana, Marta, Paulina and Oli), 2 stilt walkers and the 4 piece band creating a unique show with air hostesses and pilot costumes to match with the theme. Choreographed by Monika Molnar. The show was a real success.

ZeeTV Cine Awards Ceremony

As a well established professional Latin/Brazilian dance company, DanceMyWay samba dancers were chosen to be part of the ZeeTV Cine Awards Ceremony in Excel, Docklands in London. We performed on stage along side the Bollywood stars such as Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan…The show was choreographed by the top Bollywood choreographer, Rajesh Chouhan.

Latin Jazz Spring Workshop

DanceMyWay’s choreographer Monika Molnar is hosting her unique Latin Jazz workshop on the 25 May at the world famous Pineapple Dance Studios. During this intensive 3 hours Latin Jazz and Samba course you will be taught some the Latin technique, correct posture, hip moves, footwork and some great funky Latin routines.

Move It 2008 – Olympia

DanceMyWay dance group performed Latin Extravaganza and Brazilian Samba on UK’s Biggest Dance Exhibition- Move It Dance London.
Also during the weekend DanceMyWay choreographer, Monika Molnar hosted taster Brazilian samba classes as well as her unique Latin Jazz class.


Latin Jazz DVD

Latin Jazz DVD with Monika Molnar has been produced and released. Monika teaches her special and unique Latin Jazz moves and show you 5 different easy to follow choreographies. The DVD is sold in shops, on Amazon or you can buy it on our website.

Trinny And Susannah ITV Show
“Celebrating Bums”

DanceMyWay choreographer Monika Molnar with her samba masters Edy and Darren were teaching the nation how they dance samba in Brazil. ITV was filming our samba class with the Television Style Gurus Trinny and Susannah for the show. Live percussionists, Marco and his drummers accompanied the class. We also marched with the “nation” dancing samba in London Bridge celebrating “bums”!

BBC Strictly Come Dancing

Television presenter Gethin Jones best known for co-presenting BBC children’s show Blue Peter entered Strictly Come Dancing show as a contestant with Camilla Dallerup. DanceMyWay Brazilian Samba specialists were hired by BBC to show Gethin and Camilla the authentic samba moves and teach them some moves to add to their routine. Gethin was a real talent!

Will Smith - Switch

Monika Molnar is part of Will Smith dancers in Ant & Deck ITV show where Will Smith was promoting his single – ”Switch”.

Volunteer Woman’s Organization- Pakistan

DanceMyWay dance group was invited to perform on the fundraising charity ball of the VWO in Pakistan. We spent 4 days in Lahore and Islamabad performing and helping to raise money for underprivileged woman and children in this part of the world.

We all loved our time there and I must say people in Pakistan are extremely hospitable and caring. It was an amazing and moving experience. We hope we will have te opportunity to go back again!
